Sooner or later, almost every student comes across a question that may or may not be directly related to their course, but requires some guidance. Recognizing the value of counseling to students, DArTT provides the services of a Guidance Counselor who can provide information, access to resources, and steer you toward alternatives you might not know exist.
Our Guidance Counselor is well-equipped to help students cope with almost any challenge. She can not only help you with your course choices, she has vast knowledge of resources you can access to help you make career and personal decisions.
Our Guidance Counselor has her very own virtual Guidance Office inside the online Students’ Centre, providing a direct line from students to her helpful ear.
In the Guidance Office, you will be able to access an enormous virtual pamphlet collection that the Guidance Counselor has provided on a large variety of subjects. If you can’t find what you need, please use the Guidance Office Contact Form to leave a question for her. She will get back to you with information and resources that can help.
The Guidance Office also provides links to helpful tools and guides for how to effectively schedule your time, manage stress, and motivate yourself.
