DArTT provides an online learning environment rich with resources. But you get more than that when you are accepted to DArTT.
Here, you are not just a student or a number – you become part of the DArTT family. Your student number is only used for official paperwork - try quoting your student number to your instructor and they'll ask for your name instead!
You will have unlimited one-on-one instructor support via email, chat, online classroom webinars and toll-free phone calls throughout your entire program - and beyond.
It's surprising how many students feel like they're "bugging" the instructors when they call for help. The instructors' answer to that is: "That's actually our job!"
Far and away the most valuable resource during your time at DArTT is the expertise, empathy, and experience of our industry-trained instructors. If you don't call or email to talk to the instructors, you're missing out!
The instructors will actually contact you on a regular basis to make sure you're doing OK, and if you're falling behind they'll discuss what he or she can do to help.

Our Students' Centre is built around the needs of our students. Our testing and lesson areas are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so our students can set their own schedules for completing their program's weekly requirements.
As a DArTT student, the Students’ Centre will provide you with online orientation that explains how to use your binder, and how to access technical support and help from instructors. You will also be allowed to log in to access Online Tests, Lessons, Downloads, the Student Forums and the Assignment Upload Utility.
Students will also be able to view a Report Card of their progress. Each Report Card details the student's progress in each course within their program in real time.
There is also a Steps to Success resource library to assist present and past students in their employment search, as well as a general resource Library and a set of Forums where our students can converse with each other and with their instructors.

We’ve streamlined the Help Desk for easy access to technical and academic support. Here you will find a list of Academic Questions Answered and Technical Questions Answered, along with a Link Library that provides useful and interesting links to outside sources. Suggest your own!
An Administration section also exists so any student can easily change their contact information or get in touch with the school administration directly, should the need arise. There is also a Suggestion Box, where you can have your say. Whether it's a complaint, a suggestion, or a glowing testimonial, be assured that we read every one and take it into consideration. Student Services are at the top of our list here at DArTT, and you can help us make them even better!
