DArTT has streamlined our application process. Just complete the two simple steps detailed below.
Choose the most convenient of the following three methods:
- Online: Submit your application online.
- Fax: Download our PDF Application, fill it out, and fax it to us toll-free at 1.866.559.0131.
- Email: You could also print out the application form, fill it in, scan it and email the scanned image to us at info@cd-ed.com.
- Mail: After filling out your application form, you can also mail it to the attention of Admissions at:

After you have sent your application form, finish the registration process by calling our toll-free Admissions number at 1.866.446.5898. One of our staff will review your application with you and make sure no information is missing. If you have mailed it and we haven’t received it yet when you call, don’t worry. One of our staff will be glad to walk through the information with you over the phone.
